Above I have two days of sleep.

I didn’t actually intend for the extra sleep on the 23rd, but I found that without the “need” to get up, I slept through my alarm.  I didn’t have to go to work, so there wasn’t much getting me motivated to get up.  I will have to work on that, but I am not sure how.

As for today, I purposely tried to get some catch up sleep and rest.  Being Sunday, it seemed like a fine thing to do.

I will continue on my polyphasic though this week and see if I can make it through a couple weeks without my next “Rest Day”

shouldnt the wohle thing be doable completely without rest days?

kk, you are not fully adjusted but if polyphasic sleep would generally need these rest days then this woukld mean that the whole 3h+3*20min thing doesnt work for you and you need more sleep overal or am I wrong?

for your motivation prob: try to do some sports to keep you motivated! If I get up on the weekend the first thing I am doing is having breakfast and the second thing is running Smile

Check my out on twitter if you like btw ;)

I always appreciate advice and comments.  Thanks.

For the most part I think the only reason I slept in was that I had no reason to get up.  I think we as humans tend to do that even when we are doing monophasic sleep.

So I agree with you, I probably need to do something like running or something active to motivate me on the weekends.

So what is your schedule like, and how long have you been doing it?

Once again, thanks for your comment.
